  Pros

  It used to work well. But can no longer find youtube videos. I had this application since April 2014. It worked for a few months and worked well, then it just stopped working and could no longer find youtube videos.

  Cons

  I tried emailing the company at their feedback and support email accounts listed in their application and both appear to be shutdown.

  Pros

  It uninstalls without a hitch and doesn't add any crap to your computer, if you use the direct download link.

  Cons

  It does not work, at all. It displays a nice error message, however.

  Pros

  It used to work but the last version, 5.0 doesn't and I bought the professional one!

  I sent three email to their support, the only way to contact them and no answer! After it find the video (when it find it, sometimes no! ) it stays in "Connecting" status and does nothing! I asked my money back and of course , nothing!

  Pros

  I liked the free version so I thought I'd take a risk and spend $20 on the "gold" version. Boy was I surprised. The download speeds really are that much faster. I can easily download a dozen mp3s in about a minute. The interface is effective and not confusing in the least. thumbs up

  Wish the super high download speeds applied to the free version but I guess everybody has a right to earn their money

  Pros

  i've had this for over a year and its never let me down. I dj a few weekends a month and this has helped me accumulate over 2TB of mp3s. speeds are good and the look is cute and clean.

  cant speak on other formats i only use this for mp3s

  Pros

  I like that its just a few buttons and it has a lot of formats. The download quality isn't bad but I would like more conversion quality options. Ran a malware test with McAfee and its clear.
